CURRY, RUSSELL LEE

Age 69 of Beavercreek, born December 21, 1934 in Dayton, OH passed away peacefully at Hospice of Dayton August 18, 2004. He was preceded in death by his mother Glenna L. Schoolcraft, daughter Sharon and infant son Thomas Curry. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Muriel Curry, married December 29, 1951, father George E. Curry and his wife Eddee, son Jack Curry and his wife Mary, their son Jason Curry & his wife Sherri and their children Jacob & Cameron, son George Curry and his wife Mary, son Michael Curry & his wife Gretchen and their son Michael, Daughter Carolyn & her husband Mark Bernard, and their boys Nicholas, Tyler, and Kristopher, brothers Richard and his wife Paula, Robert and his wife Marilyn, half-brother Craig, half-sister Cindy & her husband Wayne Faulkner, and numerous nieces and nephews. Russ was a former Teamster and Steward of Local 957 for Murphy Motor Freight. Loved by many he will be truly missed, but never forgotten. Services will be held Saturday, August 21 at Newcomer Farley Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Family will receive visitors from 1-4 with services immediately following at 4 p.m. Graveside service will be held at 5:30 at Valley View Memorial Gardens, Valley Rd., Xenia. At the family s request, please send donations to Hospice of Dayton in lieu of flowers.
