Runonya Gail Chambers, age 53, of Dayton, unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord on January 1, 2022.
She was born in Dayton on June 1, 1968 to Billy Ray Chambers & the late Shirley Mae Chambers Long.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, David Chambers and sister, Sharon Chambers.
Runonya is survived by her children, Heather Mitchell & her significant other, Caleb Letner and Nicholas Miller & his significant other, Britney Steakley; grandchildren, Jaden Isaiah Cole Mitchell, Jorden Hayes Mitchell, Zoey Grace Miller and Mollie Emerson Letner; sister, Billie Joyce Myers & her husband Paul Myers; several nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
Runonya was a loving daughter, mom, mamaw, sister and friend. She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Friends and family will gather on Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 1-3pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH 45424. A memorial service will follow at 3pm.
