Rudolph J. Kimball, age 89, of Fairborn, passed away Friday, May 12, 2017 at Soin Hospital. He was born August 30, 1927 in Lyman, New Hampshire the son of the late Reginald Kimball and Madeline Brady.
After graduating from Littleton High School, NH, he joined the Air Force ending up at Wright-Patterson A.F.B. After completing his service he worked for the F-111 and F-16 programs at the base. He retired after 34 years of service at the base. Rudy loved to fish and play golf.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Betina Robie; brother, Harold Marsh and step sister, Maxine Goodall.
Rudy is survived by his loving wife, Lucille; daughter, Tanya (Tim) Tillman; step-sons, Lowell (Joyce) and Dale (Jill) Sherman; brother, Earl (Barbara) Brady grandchildren, Tara (Jason) Ernst, Tabitha (Stephen) Allen, T.J. Tillman; Patrick (Elka) Curl, Aaron, Ethan and Maddie Sherman; great-grandchildren, Ellison and Emerson Ernst. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and too many friends to mention.
A memorial gathering will be held from 10:00 am until the memorial service at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Newcomer Beavercreek, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432.
