Ruby Sparks, age 95, of West Carrollton, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.
Ruby was born on March 2, 1924 in Estill County, KY to the late Coleman & Mattie Gilbert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Sparks, son, Carl Sparks, brother, Sam Gilbert; and sisters, Ruth Clemons and Gertie Rice.
Ruby is survived by her sons, Danny (Vicki) Sparks and Timothy (Teresa) Sparks; granddaughters, Brandy (Adam) Baker and Tiffany Sparks; great-grandchildren, Madelynn Baker, Jaclyn Sparks, Brandon Greenfield, Hannah Baker, Aiden Baker and Cole Baker; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 9-11am at Newcomer Centerville Chapel, 820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Centerville, OH. The service will follow at 11am. Ruby will be laid to rest next to her husband, Raymond at Highland Cemetery, Miamisburg, OH.
