Ruby Head

HEAD, Ruby M., 76 of West Carrollton passed away Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2005 at Sycamore Hospital after a lengthy illness. A native of Lee County, VA, Mrs Head was a loving mother and wife. She was preceded in death by her father George W. Rhoton; mother and stepfather Lucille and Jim Winkler; loving husband Emory Head; and brother Ralph Rhoton. Survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Joan of Dayton, TN; Larry and Vicki of Dayton, OH; sister Pauline Daniels of Louisiana; grandchildren Melissa and Jace Sides, Joe and Edye Head, Dawn Herron, Dusk and Tara Marshall, Matt and Misty Head; great grandchildren Rachel Morgan, Eryk, Sable, and Trinity Herron, Jake and Gavin Marshall, Brooklyn Head and a host of other family members and friends. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. in Kettering with Rev. Junior Watts officiating. Interment will be held at Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 1-2 PM, Friday at the funeral home and are invited to attend the service following.
