Rozell Madewell, age 85, passed away on September 26, 2013 at the Greene Oaks Nursing Home.

She was born on June 17, 1928 in Sparta, TN to the late Frank & Lou Emma Oakley.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Riley C. Madewell and her sister Hazel Hitchcock.

She was a member of Brantwood Baptist Church. She enjoyed her time with her kids and grandkids more than anything.

Rozell is survived by daughters; Carolyn (& Wayne) Muterspaw, Glenda (& Tom) Adams, and son; Gary Madewell. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Bill (& Carol) Oakley, brother-in-law; Cleve Hitchcock, and brother-in-law and sister-in-law; Gertie and Clarence Madewell, along with many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek, OH with a visitation from 10-11 AM prior to the funeral.

Burial at Beaver Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Greene Oaks Nursing Home for their wonderful care of their mother.
