Roy Haddix, age 61, of Miami Twp., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 23, 2021.
Roy was born in Dayton, OH on July 17, 1960 to the late William Sr. & Florence (Sizemore) Haddix.
In addition to his parents, Roy was preceded in death by his sons, Christopher Haddix and Jacob Haddix; sister, Ruby Harris; and brothers, William Haddix Jr. and William "Billy Boy" Haddix.
Roy is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Lisa Haddix; sons, Joshua Haddix and Nicholas Smalley; daughter, Lucy George; sisters, Suzanna Boykin and Lucy Carlisle; father-in-law, Grand Noble; sister-in-laws, Trish (Robert) Gilmore and Jennifer Noble; brother-in-law, Greg (Teresa) Noble and many other grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 10-11 am at the Newcomer Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439. The service will follow at 11am. Roy will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery in Miamisburg.
