Roxieann "Roxie"B. Van Dine

Roxieann "Roxie" B. Van Dine, age 82 of Xenia, Ohio went to be reunited with her husband on June 7, 2021. She was born May 1, 1939 in Sheridan, Wyoming daughter of the late Nova and Zola Harrison.

Roxie was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She was a member of the VFW and Eagles both in Xenia and Beavercreek. Roxie is going to be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Roxie was proceeded in death by her husband of 18 years, Charley Van Dine.

Roxie is survived by her children, Timothy (Christine) Hilderbrandt and Tracie (Mitch) Wadella; grandchildren, Kasie, Sammy, Cristin, Stefani and Zachery; great grandchildren, Averitt, Aurora, Jace, Easton, Elynn; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 1-2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432).

A graveside service will begin at 2:30pm at Woodland Cemetery (281 Dayton Avenue, Xenia, Ohio 45385).

The family would personally like to thank the Xenia Fire department and Rescue as well as the Xenia Adult Recreation Center for all of the support and help that they have showed in assisting with Roxie's care. Along with Vicki, Sandi, and Kim of Xenia in their supporting roles with the friendship and unconditional loving support for Tracie's mom. Also a thank you to Linda and Thaddeus who will be lovingly taking care of Roxie's beloved dog, "Roxy Sugar".

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Roxie's honor to the Xenia Adult Recreation Center.
