Roslyn Ruth Berggren

Roslyn ("Ros") Ruth Berggren, age 63, of Fairborn, Ohio, passed away May 3, 2024. Roslyn was born in Twenty Nine Palms, California on September 15, 1960 to Frederick and Ersia Honadle. Ros is preceded in death by her father, Brad Berggren, her husband, and Mark Berggren, her son.

Ros is survived by her Mom, sister Michelle Johnson, brother Price Honadle (wife Micky Honadle), brother Greg Honadle (partner Eneida Rodriguez) and brother Robert Honadle as well as nieces, nephew, great nieces and great nephew.

Ros worked as a waitress and bartender for many years from Houston, Texas, Los Angeles, California, Honolulu, Hawaii to Johns Pass, Florida. Ros' happy place was always at the beach. She loved the ocean and kayaking, especially around the Na Pali Coast, Hawaii. Another of her loves as always been animals and Chico, a Chihuahua, is very much missing his mom. After the loss of her husband and son, Ros moved to Fairborn to keep Mom company and enjoyed the events and special friends she made with Mom at the American Czechoslovakian Club of Dayton as well as the Polish Club and German Clubs.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Mary, Help of Christians Catholic Church at 954 North Maple Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio 45324 at 9:00 a.m. on May 21, 2024 with a celebration of life following at the American Czechoslovakian Club of Dayton located at 922 Valley Street, Dayton Ohio 45404 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
