Rosemary Malone

Rosemary Malone, age 76, of Kettering, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2014. Rosemary was a 1955 graduate of Julienne High School in Dayton. She retired from Ohio Bell/A.T. & T. with 38 1/2 years of service and was a member of the Pioneer Retirement Club. She then retired from Kettering Medical Center with over 10 years of service.

Rosemary is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Kathy (Steven) Egleston & Linda (Douglas) McKinnon; grandchildren: Ryan (Erin) Egleston, Jennifer (Patrick) Fossell & Eric McKinnon; and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert Malone; parents: Robert & Marie Spangenberger; and brothers: Robert & William Spangenberger.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, February 24, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 - 4:00 P.M. Graveside services will be held on Monday at 2:00 P.M. at Cherry Fork Cemetery in Cherry Fork, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, in memory of Rosemary.
