Roselle E. Williford (Edwards), age 80, of Carlisle, passed peacefully on Friday, May 9, 2014 at home surrounded by her family.
Rose is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Meredith "Shorty" Williford; sons, Bob (Kathy), Charles (Kim), John, and Jim (Vicky); daughter, Jewell (Dave) Strawn; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 from 9-11 am at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 11 am, with Pastor Danny Griffith officiating. Burial will take place at Crown Hill Memorial Park in Cincinnati, OH.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be given to Vitas Innovative Hospice Care.
