Rose Lee Sharpe
March 24, 1940 — June 27, 2021
Rose Lee Sharpe, age 81 of Riverside, departed this life on Sunday June 27th 2021.
Rose was born in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Henry and Susie White. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her 3 husbands, daughter Connie, and brother Arlis.
Rose is survived by her daughter Sandra Sharpe, sister Delilah Ashcraft, and sister Nancy Ivey along with many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Rose was a sharp business person who not only bought and sold antiques and household goods but bought, rented, and flipped real estate for over 60 years. Rose knew the meaning of hard work and enjoyed the fruits of her labor. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be held from 9:30am to 10:30am on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where the funeral service will begin at 10:30am. Her nephew, Tim Long, will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
