Rose N. French

Rose N. French, age 80, peacefully passed away on December 15, 2023. She was born on September 17, 1943 in Haines City, Florida. Rose was a graduate of Colonial High School in Orlando, class of 1962. She is preceded in death by her mother Myrtice Anderson; son Matthew French and brother Alvin Noble.

Rose is survived by her son David Adkins; grandchildren Travis Adkins and Stacia French; great grandchildren Myles and Mila Pavlofsky, Nolan Adkins, Hadley Hedrick and cousin Margaret Burkhart.

Rose loved to garden and birdwatch. She was an avid reader and lover of all animals. You could usually catch her listening to a Reds game on the radio, or watching her Bengals play on Sunday. She always enjoyed spending time with family, especially her great grandkids. Rose was a hard worker, and worked at Frisch's Restaurant for over 40 years. Her employees were like family to her.

She will be dearly missed by many and in our hearts forever.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 4 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio. Visitation will begin one hour prior to service.
