Rose Marie Davis, age 78 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born April 13, 1939 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Theron "Jack" and Marie Bowers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Walt Staup; second husband Jack Davis, sons, Stanley Staup and Steven Bowers; grandson, Douglas Staup and brother, Harry Bowers.
Rose is survived by her brother, Nelson (Beverly) Bowers; three children, Sandra Cunnagin (Nolan), Walter Staup and Sarita Staup; five grandchildren, Heather, Bradley, Matthew, Stephanie and Alyssa; seven great grandchildren, Makayla, Jackson, Daniel, Kian, Riley, Leilah and Noah.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, December 5, 2017 from 12 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio. Burial to follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
