Rosaleen Timms Hall

Rosaleen Timms Hall, 95, died on Friday, August 30, 2019 at St. Leonard Senior Living Community, Centerville, Ohio. Rosaleen entered this world in Boston, Massachusetts on March 31, 1924, the youngest of seven children born to Irish immigrants John F. and Elizabeth O. (Mulcahy) Timms. She graduated from Boston Teachers' College. On July 28, 1945, Rosaleen was united in marriage with James Joseph Hall. He preceded her in death on December 28, 2009.
Together Rosaleen and Jim were blessed with six children: James F. Hall of Cincinnati, OH, Rosaleen (Larry) Sullivan of Hudson, MA, Maureen (Cameron) Shontz of Yorktown, VA, John (Jill) Hall of Huntsville, AL, Christine (James Baumann) Hall-Baumann of Beavercreek, OH, and Kevin (Barbara L'Italien) Hall of Andover, MA. She is further survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Rosaleen was preceded in death by sisters Ellen Chase, Elizabeth Timms, Alice Seitz, and Rita Winkworth, and brothers Francis Timms and Rev. John C. Timms.
Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, September 26, 11 am at St. Leonard's Catholic Church (8100 Clyo Rd). Family will receive guests at 10:30 am.
Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio.
