Ronald Seitner

Seitner, Ronald E. (Ron), age 87, of Centerville passed away peacefully on January 19, 2021, at his hearthstone. He was born September 29, 1933 in Centerville Ohio to Herbert and Alice (Winston) Seitner.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Doris Jean, three brothers and many aunts and uncles. Ron is survived in death by his four daughters, Susan Baker, Rhonda (Tom) Vernon, Barbara Stroud and Nancy Hurley, nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Ronald was an everlasting member of Centerville, Ohio. He was a retiree of the Washington Township Fire Department (WTFD) for 25 years. At WTFD he was a Lieutenant Chief at Station 3, Engine 43. Ron worked for the Washington Township Road Department. You could count on Ronald when it came to family, friends and the community. There's no need to worry town, for the barbeque sauce will still be around. Ron left an impact on everyone he met, whether you knew him a decade or a day.

A memorial gathering will take place at Newcomer Funeral Home Centerville Chapel from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Thursday, April 15, 2021. A graveside service will follow at Centerville Cemetery with pastor Randy Snyder officiating.

The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face mask will be worn in all public places.
