Ronald Ryan

Ronald "Ron" Ryan, of Miamisburg, Ohio, passed on April 13, 2023. He was born on November 19, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio to the late John Ryan and Judith Ratliff. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his previous spouse Karen Ryan.

Ron is survived by his wife of 3 years Allison Ryan; children Nick (Justine) Ryan, Phil Ryan, and Kayla (Michael) Madsen; stepchildren Joseph Simpkins and Courtney Simpkins; siblings John (Rebecca) Ryan, Tony (Debbie) Ryan, Marcia (Jeff) Hughes, and Susan Ryan; grandchildren Graham, Blake, MaKenna, and Kipley; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and his beloved pet Buckeye.

Ron retired as supervisor from Montgomery County Environmental Services after 33 years. Ron enjoyed golfing and watching the Cincinnati Reds. He was a member of the Miamisburg Eagles for 17 years. Ron was a great Pap Pap and always loved spending time with his grandkids.

Funeral will begin at 3 PM on Friday, April 28, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio. Visitation will be held at 1 PM on Friday, April 28, until the time of service. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Miamisburg Eagles following the service.
