Ronald D. Parman, age 73 of Beavercreek, OH passed away peacefully on Friday, September 25, 2020 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born October 21, 1946 in Corbin, Kentucky to William Parman and Wilma Delph Lucente. Ron married Judy Pigg on March 7, 1970 in Dayton, OH.
Ron worked for Tom Smith Industries as EDI Coordinator, retiring 2020. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War, serving with the Red Horse Squadron 555. He was member of the North Dayton Anglers & Conservation Club and loved to fish, the outdoors and a good steak. Ron loved classic cars,enjoying cars shows with his family. He loved to listen to 50's and 60's music and playing the guitar. Ron's sense of humor was an iconic part of his personality, making others laugh and smile. He loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed by all.
Ronald is survived by his wife of 50 years, Judy; a daughter, Tracy (Jason) Laudermilk; a son, Tony Parman; a sister, Kathy (Dave) Bennett; a brother Ted Parman; and other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Sandy Stonerock; and a brother, Johnny Lucente.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Funeral Services will follow at the funeral home at 11:00 am. Ron will be laid to rest with full military honors immediately following the service at Dayton National Cemetery.
