Ronald Timothy Hoel "Ronnie", age 47, of Moraine, OH peacefully passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at his home. He was born September 13, 1972 in Dayton, OH.
He is preceded in death by his father, William Hoel; brother, Rodney Hoel; grandmother, Rosalee Cole and great-grandparents, Lee and Nellie West.
He is survived by his mother, Carolyn (Bill) Maiden; son and light of his life, James Timothy Hoel "JT"; significant other and mother to JT, Melissa Swisher; grandfather, Ernie Cole; aunts; uncles; cousins; 2 nieces; 4 nephews and numerous friends and loved ones.
Ronnie graduated from Fairmont High School. He worked at Serv U Success as a lead merchandiser for 13 years. His greatest joy in life was being a father to JT. They enjoyed fishing, 4 wheeling, playing video games and just spending time together. Ronnie played in many pool tournaments and he and Melissa took little road trips on his motorcycle with friends. Ronnie was kind hearted, he was willing to help you out anyway he could. He had a great sense of humor with a boisterous laugh that could fill a room and a childlike smile about him. His door was always open and he welcomed you with conversations about anything and everything. He spent his life loving his family and we will spend ours remembering him.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 22, 2019 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Moraine City Baptist Church, 2748 Gladstone St, Moraine, OH 45439. The service will follow at 1:00 pm, with Pastor Daniel Moore officiating. Ronnie will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton, OH.
