Ronald Guy Delbert
November 5, 1941 — June 12, 2016
DELBERT, Ronald G., age 74 of Centerville, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on June 12, 2016, surrounded by loved ones.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Clara Delbert; daughter, Tambray Delbert; and brother, Gary Delbert.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Julia Boyer Delbert; children, Stephanie (Chris) Damson, Mandi Goins, Michael Brown, Daniel Brown, Mark Brown, and Dianna (Ron Pauley) Brown; sister, Bonita (Peggy Bryan) Delbert; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Ron retired from Ameritech after 27 years and was a parametic for many years. He was an active member at Memorial UMC. He enjoyed golfing with friends and making people laugh.
The Delbert family would like to thank Ohio's Hospice of Dayton and Ron's doctors for their care, compassion, and love during this difficult time.
Visitation will be on Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 10am-12pm at Memorial UMC (26 N Locust St.West Carrollton) followed by a Celebration of Life at 12pm. Rev. John A. Guliana officiating. Burial to follow at Woodland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ronald's memory to Hospice of Dayton or Memorial UMC. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home- Kettering.
