Ronald "Hamp" Bellamy, age 57 of Dayton, OH passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born March 25, 1961 in Middletown, Ohio to Reed and Emma (Todd) Bellamy.
Ronnie was a skilled welder who enjoyed fishing and Indy car racing and attended many Indianapolis 500 races over the years. He loved his grandkids and spending time with them. Ronnie was a simple guy who loved his family and will be greatly missed by all.
Ronald is survived by his son, Kyle Bellamy, Justin and Kevin Bauer; four grandchildren, Christopher, Kyle Jr., Makenzie and Gracelyn Bellamy; two sisters, Mary (Ron) Pyles and Rita (Mike) Sallee; four brother, Reed (Fran), Kenneth (Pam), Steve (Jana) and Keith (Tabitha) Bellamy; his girlfriend, Kim Lee; and other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents .
A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Lebanon Cemetery.
