Rollie Robinson

Rollie "Robbie" Robinson, age 81 of Miamisburg, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Sycamore Hospital. He was born August 28, 1937 in London, Kentucky to the late Moses and Qumile (Howard) Robinson.

In addition to his parents, Robbie was preceded in death by a daughter, Penny Robinson.

Robbie is survived by his wife of 45 years, Patricia (Penrod) Robinson; children, Rick (Carol) Robinson and Robin (Andy) Miller; Grandchildren, Ricky, Jamie, Justin, Zack and Drew and many great grandchildren as well as extended family and friends.

Robbie was a graduate of Laurel County High School in Kentucky and entered the workforce as a young man and a skilled worker. He was always good with his hands and became competent at many trades. Robbie was successful in establishing his own heating and air conditioning business, Astro Heating and Cooling in West Carrollton. He was privileged to have served the greater Dayton community for almost 40 years. Robbie loved the outdoors and spent a great deal of his leisure time indulging in activities such as gardening, fishing and hunting. Robbie will always be remembered a wonderful family man.

Family will receive guests from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon for visitation on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering. Robbie's wishes were honored by his family through cremation.
