Rolinda C. Kappeler, born 1948 in Dayton, Ohio, passd away January 17, 2025, is preceded in death by parents Roland and Frances Steck of Dayton, Ohio and her son Dr. Warren Kappeler III of Dayton, Ohio. She is survived by her husband Warren Kappeler, Jr and her sister Frances (George) Weidner of Fort Wayne, Ind. and brother Denis Steck of Dayton, Ohio. Close relatives also include Craig and Marybeth Kappeler of Sevierville, Tn. She was educated at Ascension Catholic School where she was also a religious instructor (which her husband and son also taught, and then to Fairmont East High School and formal education in business and English at the University of Dayton. Most of her business life was in real estate most recently at Caldwell Banker as an Administrator and earlier as a realtor. She also dealt as well in an antiques and New England / country collectible business both in Centerville and Lebanon, Ohio. She was a wonderful wife of 55 years to her husband Warren. She enjoyed antiques and decorating extensively as well as dancing and musical concerts and visiting with friends in Dayton and Harrisburg Pennsylvania. She will be greatly missed. Friends and relatives may call on Newcomer Funeral Home in Centerville Ohio (820 Miamisburg Centerville Rd) on Sunday Feb 2 at 1 PM with a brief prayer service included by Father Hammerle of St Leonard parish followed by viewing immediately after. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
