Roger W. Powers
Roger W. Powers, age 72, of Medway, went home to be with the Lord Friday, May 28, 2010. Roger is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Francine Powers; children, Jeffery (Lori) Powers, Mark (Mary) Powers, Amy (Jim) Cantrell, and Beth (Michael) Leach; grandchildren, Michelle, Joshua, Shannon, Austin, Jessica, Jared, Grace, Rebekha, Amber, Nicholas, Cody, Danielle, Tyler and Michaela; 5 great-grandchildren; and many other friends and relatives. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 2, 2010 from 9:30-10:30 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd, OH 45432). The service will follow at 10:30 AM. Burial will be at the Dayton National Cemetery. Donations may be made to The Hospice of Dayton in Roger's memory.
