Roger W. Holland

HOLLAND, Roger W., age 64, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, formerly of Farmersville, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, December 8, 2008. He was born on July 20, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Harold and Agnes (Tibbles) Holland. In addition to his parents, his wife, Phyllis Holland preceded him in death on May 5, 2003. He is survived by his sons, Brad (Debby) Holland, Brent Holland, both of Myrtle Beach, Jack (Susan) Brady of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Mike (Jami) Brady of Germantown, Ohio, and a daughter, Alycia (Ryan) Armbruster of Beavercreek, Ohio; ten grandchildren, Spencer and Taryn Holland, Coty Holland, Zane, Zack, and Zeran Brady, Anna and Connor Brady, and Isabella and Aleyna Armbruster; a sister, Sharon (Gary) Stevenson of Beavercreek, Ohio, and lifetime friends, Don and Janet Erbaugh of Farmersville, Ohio. Roger was a 1962 graduate of Farmersville High School and retired from Reynolds & Reynolds, where he served his company for 36 years. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Post #2292 in Germantown. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2008 at the funeral home.
