Roger graduated from Belmont High School. He worked for the City of Dayton (Parks and Recreation) for about 20 years. At an early age, Roger took to drawing and became a very good artist. He created many of his own comic books and magazines. He could draw any and everything. At an early age, he was also a collector, he collected everything from classic movies and TV shows, to his favorite Marvel and DC comics. He collected these items for over 50 years. One of his many talents was to be able to tell you information about his collections, current or past. When it came to comics or television, he was a walking dictionary. He was a quiet, but very strong person, he was the kind of person that didn't ask for much but would give you the world. His presence in this world will be greatly missed. We hope those who want to honor Roger, find a quiet time to remember who he was in your life and be thankful for the time you spent together.
