Roger D. Patrick

Roger D. "Ro" Patrick, age 72 of McArthur, Ohio passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021. He was born June 12, 1948 in Hazel Green, Kentucky to the late Charles and Margaret Patrick. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Craig Patrick; sister, Sandra Sims; nephew, Eric Patrick and his beloved Schnauzer, Jäger.

He is survived by his brother, Ronald (Sue) Patrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Roger was a creative and talented man who spent the majority of his life working as a cabinet maker and skilled tradesman. Roger enjoyed a rural farm life for the majority of his years. The love of the outdoors included hunting, fishing, and gardening. Roger's number one past time was his music as he was an accomplished guitarist and collector.

Roger's keen intellect and wry wit will be missed by all who knew him.

Family will receive friends from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on February 25, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home located at 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, Ohio 45439. Funeral Services will be officiated by Joel Getts at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to SICSA.
