Roger A. Nicely, age 83 of Brookville, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Maria Joseph Living Care Center. He was born February 18, 1936 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Paul and Florence Nicely.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Nicely; and sister, Carol Burkett.
Roger is survived by his wife, Eula Nicely; daughter, Julie (Jim) Skipper, Teresa Hilterbran; granddaughters, Rachel, Sarah and Emily Skipper; grandson, Kory Copeland; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Roger is a veteran of the United States Army and retired from General Motors in 1988 after 34 1/2 years of service.
A Graveside Service is pending at Arlington Cemetery in Brookville, OH.
