Grimes, Rodney E., age 70 of Dayton, passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy E. and Ella Mae Grimes; and his longtime companion, Joyce Kretzer.
He is survived by his children, Joseph D. (Deanna) Grimes and Michelle (Troy) Hickman; his grandchildren, Alex and Dominic Grimes and Olivia Hickman; and Joyce's daughters; Julie and Christa Dozier.
Graveside services will be held at Woodland Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2015.
