On December 24, 2022, Robin McManus, age 48, went to her permanent home in heaven after a battle with cancer. As a wife, mother, daughter, friend and child of God, Robin was a blessing to everyone who crossed her path. Robin's first love was our Lord Jesus Christ and she used the beautiful voice that God blessed her with singing praise and worship at Christian Life Center in Dayton, Ohio. Singing praises to God brought her peace, even during troubled times.
On July 27, 2002, she started her journey as a wife and eventually a mother to three loving children. After the Lord, her family was the center of her life. She was a devoted wife and mother and was dedicated to raising our three children in a way that was pleasing to our God. She taught them what it meant to be a child of God and lived it every day. She also enjoyed watching the children play in sports.
Robin was a sports fanatic and enjoyed ice hockey, football and volleyball. She loved her Buckeyes from The Ohio State University, as well as the Cincinnati Bengals.
She is survived by her loving husband, Daniel Robert McManus; beloved children, Cade Daniel McManus, Carson Daniel McManus, and Camryn Grace McManus; father, Paul Picker; grandmother, Lois Hamilton; siblings, Ben Picker (Rebecca), P.J. Picker (Mary Ellen), Andrew Evans (Laura), Ralph Evans, and Justin Graves (Amy); and numerous extended family members and friends, all who will miss her greatly.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Christian Life Center, West Auditorium, 3489 Little York Road, Dayton, where the funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Trotwood.
