Roberta Smith

SMITH, Roberta E. "Bobbie", age 83, formerly of West Carrollton, OH, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2007 in Erlanger, KY. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Smith; son, Billy Phillips; sisters, Elnora Profitt, Pauline Moore, Elizabeth McClain, and granddaughter, Fawn. Roberta is survived by her brothers, Sidney and Donald Ensor, both of Mt. Sterling, KY, Earl Ensor of Stout, OH, and Harold Ensor of Crestview Hills, KY; step-daughters, Donna Clauss and Susan Bernheisel; 6 step-grandchildren; 7 step-great grandchildren, and 11 nieces and nephews. Bobbie worked for Inland for 37.2 years and remained active in their retirement group. She and her husband were very active in supporting the Shriners. She was a great organizer of both family and work activities. Bobbie loved playing cards, bowling, and traveling and will be missed dearly by her family. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, November 30, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH. Family will receive friends from 1:00pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Elizabeth South Hospice, 483 S. Loop Road, Edgewood, KY, 41017.
