Roberta L. Deel, age 81 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023. She was born October 25, 1942 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Urshel and Dorothy Brown.
Roberta was an avid bowler and enjoyed playing golf and doing puzzles. She'll be remembered for her exceptional organizational skills and for being a dedicated caregiver to her mother and late husband. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Deel; father, Urshel Edward Brown; and brother, Rodney Brown.
Roberta is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Meggan) Deel and Kimberly Shaw; mother, Dorothy Brown; brother, Larry (Tina) Brown; grandchildren, Leigh Ann Bishop, Mallory (Steve) Boden, William P. (Taylor) Shaw, Spencer Deel, Robert Shaw; great grandson, Brian Bishop; as well as numerous loving relatives and many friends.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Roberta will be laid to rest with her husband in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
