Robert E. Werling, age 63, of Kettering, passed away January 20th, 2024.
Bob was born on December 30th, 1961 to Eugene and Nancy Werling in Beavercreek. He was a proud member of the United States Navy, Beavercreek Fire Department, Dayton Police Department and eventually retired from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department.
Bob was a man of many talents but one thing he was really good at and enjoyed was making people laugh and telling jokes.
Always making the positive out of all situations.
He is preceded in death by his mother Nancy and Sister Mary Jo. He is survived by his father, Eugene; brother, Chris; son, Michael; granddaughter, Hailey; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A gathering will be held from 2:00pm-4:00pm on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek).
