Robert E. Wells Sr.

Robert E. Wells Sr., age 88 of Beavercreek, passed away Friday, August 19, 2022. He was born July 9, 1934 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Emmett and Mildred Wells.
Bob worked as a mechanic for nearly 65 years and most recently retired from Harmon Cadillac. He enjoyed race car driving and working on cars; even making it into the Kil Kare Hall of Fame with his late brother. More recently you could find him woodworking in his shop.
He is preceded in death by brother, James Wells and sister, Linda Zimmerman.
Bob is survived by his wife of 67 years, Wavalene; children, Robert (Sandy) Wells Jr., Rick (Cindy) Wells, Robin Hudson & Ron (Peggy) Wells; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Doris Gaines and many other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the charity of your choice in Bob's honor.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm with a service at 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Bob will be laid to rest at Valley View Memorial Gardens following the service.
