Robert Wallace

WALLACE, Robert L. age 86, son of Dalson & Elmittie Wallace, died after a long bout with Alzheimer's at his home on Wed., Dec. 31, 2008. Resident of Centerville, formerly of Middletown, he served as a Captain during WWII in the US Air Force where he received many medals of honor. Preceded in death by a son, Rock; 8 brothers and sisters, and great-grandchild Lilly. He is survived by his wife, Ava, of 65 yrs; Craig & Darlene Wallace; Allyn & Jim Richied; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; & numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be 2 PM Mon. Jan. 5, 2009 at Parkview Church of the Nazarene, 4701 Far Hills Ave. Kettering. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until time of service.
