Robert W."Bob" Doss

Robert W. "Bob" Doss, age 81 of Dayton, passed away on Veterans' Day, Monday, November 11, 2013. He was born June 25, 1932 in Dayton to the late, Samuel and Rosetta Doss. Bob is also preceded in death by his brothers, Herbert, William, Carl and Paul Doss; sisters, Wilma Rinehart and Pauline Groff.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Anna Jane; children, Stephen Kelly (Barb) Doss, Katherine "Kitty" (Robert) Brittain, Bobbie Ann (Wayne) Kingery, Michael P.Doss, Jackie (Marty) Bachey, Sam Doss, June Doss and JoAnn "JoJo" Doss (Christopher L. Smith); 19 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Bob enjoyed painting and admiring art work. He was avid fan of the Cleveland Browns. Bob proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict as a Tank Transporter Crewman.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Miami Valley Down Syndrome Association, in Bob's memory.
