Col. Robert L. Staloch (Bob), USAF, age 73, of Beavercreek, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 22, 2015, surrounded by family members. He was born on February 18, 1941 in Wells, Minnesota. He lived his life devoted to his country, his faith, his family, and his alma mater, Notre Dame. Bob was a loving husband, father and soccer coach who never let Parkinson's disease slow him down. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Joan Staloch, and three daughters: Patti Gross of Tipp City, Ohio married to Brad Gross; Susan Hodkin of Burke, Virginia married to Carl Hodkin; and Jenni Staloch of Kissimmee, Florida. He has three grandchildren: Katie, Michael, and Missy Gross of Tipp City. Bob is also survived by 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Bob is preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Sonnek, and his son, Michael Robert Staloch.
