Robert Pyle, age 76 of Miamisburg, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017.
He was born in Cincinnati on August 1, 1940 to the late Robert & Margaret Pyle.
Robert was preceded in death by his son, Robert "Bobby" (Pyle) Lowry.
Robert served many years in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Lorena Pyle; children, Larry Pyle, Stacey Crist, Tracy Hennon, Charles Bailey and Launita Swezey; 18 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sister, Roberta Walker; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 23, 2017 from 5-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). There will be a procession on Friday, March 24, 2017 at 1pm from the funeral home to the Dayton National Cemetery where Robert will be laid to rest with military honors.
