Robert Irwin "Bob" Pressler, age 92, of Dayton, went home to Heaven on January 17, 2024, with his family by his side. Robert was born in Dayton, Ohio on August 22, 1931 to the late Earl and Dorothy Pressler.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 65 years, Janice Pressler.
He is survived by daughters Susan Moore (Ed Smith), Carol (William) Bohne; grandchildren Candace Moore, Brad (Brittany) Moore, Zachary (Ann), Erik Bohne.
Bob retired from Standard Register and City of Kettering, where he was a loyal employee. He enjoyed the importance of serving those less fortunate through being a devoted volunteer with many hours served to the East Dayton Food Ministry.
He was an avid reader, supporting the gift of reading with his Free Little Library. Bob enjoyed spending time with his family and being outdoors. He was a supporter of Hospice of Dayton and St. Paul United Methodist Church, to which he made many donations.
He was proud of his family and most importantly, his grandchildren. They were fortunate to spend much time with him, including many enjoyable vacations.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bob's memory to Hospice of Dayton (324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton).
Visitation will be held from 10:00am-11:00am on January 24, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek), where funeral services will begin at 11:00am.
