Robert "Scott" Poyer, age 53, of Kettering, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Don Poyer.
Scott is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Donna; children, Brandon and Katie; step-children, Tina (Eric) Stewart, Daniel Hack and Amy Hack; parents, Bob and Florence; brothers, Jeff (Shirley) and Chris (Jen); sister, Kathy (Chris) Noble; 6 grandchildren; 6 nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
Scott was a master cabinet maker and loved his work, family and friends.
The family will receive friends Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 2:00 pm-3:30 pm at Morningstar Baptist Church (208 Nutt Rd, Centerville, OH 45458). A memorial service will follow at 3:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Robert Scott Poyer Memorial Fund (for Katie's college) at any PNC Bank.
