Robert Mitchell Wilson

WILSON, Robert Mitchell "Big Bob", age 60, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2008 after an extended illness. He was born in Dayton on June 10, 1948 to the late Robert and Loraine Wilson. Robert was a 1967 graduate of Stivers High School. He was employed with Monarch Marking for over 20 years. Robert lived life to the fullest with many friends. He was preceded in death by 2 aunts, Ruth Landrum and Inez Slone. He is survived by his brother Curtis Andrew Wilson; sister Gloria Gail (David) Ridenour; aunt Clara Belle Hensley; nephew Christopher (Nikki) Wilson; great niece Ava Claire; cousins Barry (Sherry) Hensley, Randall Hensley, Donna Woosley, Gary (Nancy) Taylor and Francis (Mark) Beavers, and special friends Lynn (Roberta) Deardoff and daughter Allison, Dick Berger and Dave Flannery. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 4, 2008 from 5-7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH.) The funeral service will be held on Friday, September 5, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton. The family would like to thank Kindred Care Hospital for all their help and support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Robert's name to the Diabetes Association-Dayton.
