Robert Eugene Marlin

Robert "Duke" Eugene Marlin, age 65 of Xenia, passed in his sleep on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at home. He was born March 24, 1957 in Xenia, Ohio the son of the late Donald and Florence Marlin.
Duke retired from Clarksville Stake Company. He was an avid junk collector. He loved the Cincinnati Bengals and NASCAR as well as playing the lottery. He had a hard exterior but had the biggest heart and loved his family and friends dearly. Duke will be remembered for his love of aggravating those he cared about.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Donny Marlin; sister, Joyce Marlin Behnken; nephews, Kenny David Marlin and Derrick Aaron Marlin and great nephew, Jarred Paul Hixson.
Duke is survived by his siblings, Kenneth (Bev) Marlin, Steve Marlin & Cindy (Greg) Hatfield; several nieces and nephews; several cousins and best friends, Bobby Louderback Jr., Paul David Brown & Jeff "Herbie" Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home for the Marlin family.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with a service to follow at 12:00 pm at Lighthouse Baptist Church (2040 West Second Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385). Burial will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
