Robert Lemon

LEMON, Robert, age 81, resident of Kettering since 1957, born in Pikeville, KY, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2009 at Hospice of Dayton. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Celesta (Ramella) Lemon; son, Sandy Lemon, and wife of 53 years, Ernestine "Teenie". He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Dorothy Lemon of New York; daughter and son-in-law, Alicia and Stan Burch of Centerville; sister, Alia Del Favero of Lexington; grandchildren, Cooper Lemon and Alec and Sophi Burch, and companion of 8 years, Jean Ryan of Dayton. Robert worked as a brick mason for over 40 years in Dayton and was known as "Bagger Bob" at the Dorothy Lane Krogers, where he worked from 1999 – 2008. A celebration of Robert's life will be held on his birthday at 10:30 am Saturday, April 25, 2009 at David's Cemetery Mausoleum, 4600 Mad River Rd., Kettering. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
