age 65 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. Robert was born October 25, 1940, the son of Robert and Antoinette Layman. He is survived by his sister, Connie and her husband, Jim Dias of Kettering; niece, Sheryl Vallone of Florence, AL; great nieces, Stephanie, Samantha and Michelle Vallone all of Florence, AL; and neighbors, Jessie, Diane, and Sandy. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and brother, George R. Layman. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Family will receive friends 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
