Robert L. Chasteen

CHASTEEN, Robert L., age 79, of Huber Heights, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2010. He was born November 12, 1931 in Covington, Ohio. Robert served with the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his father, Lynus M. Chasteen (1940); step-father, Wilbur Barr (1982); son, Jay Chasteen (1993); mother, Valvetta Barr (2000); son, Johnie Chasteen (2002); brother, Lynus Chasteen (2005). He will be missed by his wife, Wanda Chasteen of Huber Heights; his daughter, Joy Chasteen of Huber Heights; sister, Patricia Gibson of Vandalia; several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
