MURRAY, Robert Jerome "Tiny", 77, of Dayton passed away Friday, January 26, 2007. He is preceded in death by his parents Hugh Lawrence and Mary Margaret Murray; and his beloved wife Mary Barbara (Brohard) Murray; twin brother Richard Joseph and 4 brothers; and 1 sister. He is survived by his 8 children, their spouses, 28 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren: Robert and Ann Murray, their children, Mallory, Meaghan, and Hugh; Daniel and Mary Beth Murray, their children, Melissa (Brent), Luke, Maggie and Angela; Patty (Murray) and Chuck Quinter, their daughters Katie (Chris), Carrie Anne, Clare (Mike), and Caroline; Beth (Murray) and David Vogel, their children, Erin, Emma, and Robert; Kathleen (Murray) and Dennis Bennett, their children Emily, Elizabeth and Dennis; Maureen (Murray) and Frank Hemmert, their children Nicholas, Nathaniel, Patrick, and Meg; Mollie (Murray) and Joe Nelson, their children Shannon, Sarah, Joseph and Olivia; Susan (Murray) and Chris Draper, their children Christopher, Kevin, and Colleen; great grandchildren Bridget, Jack, and Bradey. He is also survived by his sister Dorothy Knapke; numerous nieces and nephews. He was a veteran in the U.S. Army with service in the Korean War. He devoted his life to his children and his grandchildren. He cherished the memories of his hometown in Ironton, Ohio. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00AM Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 411 E. Second St., Dayton. Father Louis Osterhage will be officiating. Family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00PM Monday, January 29, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Interment will follow services at Calvary Cemetery.
