Robert David Hendricks, age 61, of Dayton passed away on May 1, 2023, after a short illness. He was born in Dayton on June 20, 1961 to the late Robert George Hendricks and Patricia Mae (Kibler) Hendricks.
He is survived by his sisters, Vicki and Linda; as well as many other family and lifelong friends.
Bob started working as an automotive mechanic when he was a student at Patterson Co-op High School and continued to work in that profession until he retired.
Bob loved dogs, Neil Young, chopping wood for his wood stove, collecting rocks for rock sculptures, hiking in the woods, working puzzles, gardening and hanging out with his friends. Bob will be remembered for his flannel shirts, sense of humor and ability to make his friends smile.
