GRIFFITH, Robert H, Jr. "Bob" age 48, passed away June 7, 2011.
He is preceded in death by, grandparents, Robert D and Millwaukee "Millie" Griffith and nephew, James "Jimmy" Griffith.
He is survived by loving wife, Phyllis; parents, Robert and Ann Griffith, Sr.; son Jonathan (Bonita)Priest-Griffith; step-children, Jennifer (Les) McLearran, Jody (Mary) VanWinkle, and Brooks VanWinkle; brothers, Bill Griffith (Ann) and James Griffith; mother and father-in-law, Bill and Charlsie Kennison; 2 loving grandchildren, Courtney and Stephen; loving; nieces, Tarah Griffith, Brooke Griffith, and Dawn (Drew) Arns; and by numerous other family members and friends.
He was a graduate of Stebbins High School class of '81 and served honorably in the United States Army. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and auto mechanics. Bob will be greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him.
The family will receive friends Friday, June 10, 2011 from 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home – Beavercreek, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Interment at Dayton National Cemetery.
