Robert A. Freemantle

Robert A. Freemantle, 68, of Xenia, passed away May 18, 2017. Robert was born in Oswego, New York on May 25, 1948 to the Harold and Mildred Freemantle. Robert graduated from Oswego High School and then earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of New York at Oswego. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force from 1968-1972. He retired from Eastman Kodak after several years of service. He also resided in Rochester, New York; Omaha, Nebraska; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Alpharetta, Georgia; and Sun City West, Arizona.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Harold Freemantle.

He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Carol Freemantle; mother, Mildred Freemantle; sons, Rob (Kate) Freemantle, William (Sarah) Freemantle; daughter, Carol Lynn (Jeff) Lucas; grandchildren, Logan, Bryn, Valen, Magnus, Danny, Nathan, Matthew; sister, Beverly (Lou) Dietz; best friend, Molly; and several special friends.

A private memorial service is pending at Newcomer Funeral Home – Beavercreek Chapel.
