Robert H. Copeland "Bob"
Bob, born April 22, 1929, passed away May 9, 2019 at his home in Huber Heights, OH. He is survived by his wife, Ann, of 61 years. Other survivors: granddaughter, Heather Morales and great-grandson, Sebastian Morales of Las Vegas, NV; sister-in-law, Jean Jones of Union, OH; "Special niece and nephew" Kim and Terry Hudson of Riverside, CA; niece, Gail Overton of Chicago, IL; nephew, Ronnie Copeland of Dayton, OH; close friends: Tom and Betty Baker of Huber Heights, OH.
Bob retired from Lucent Technologies in 1985 after 30 years of service. He served in the Army during the Korean War and was in the U.S. Army marching band. He was also a member of the North Huber Heights Baptist Church.
Family requests no flowers, but if you wish, a donation can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN or a charity of your choice in Bob's memory.
Memorial service Tuesday, May 12, at Noon at Newcomer Funeral Home: 4104 Needmore Rd with Rev. Paul Thacker officiating.
